Offers Using the Purchase Verification Process
First, check the retailer’s website and product pages to confirm the promotion is active at the time of purchase. Promotion timing and eligible devices will vary by retailer.
- If you received a Master Key from your retailer, enter your key into the “Enter a Master Key” field to redeem the promotion.
- If your retailer is not listed in the dropdown list, but they are advertising a promotion, contact the retailer for details on how and when you will receive your Master Key.
How to Submit a Purchase Verification Claim:
- Sign in to softwareoffer.intel.com
- Click “Redeem an Offer”
- Select your retailer, product, and device SKU located under “Submit a Purchase Verification Claim”
- Follow the prompts to submit your claim
- Download and run the .exe scan file
Important Notes:
- The process must be completed on the purchased Intel device
- The process is not supported on mobile devices
- Make sure to run the .exe file during the scan
- Receipts must be in .jpg or .png format
- Receipt must clearly show the purchase date, store name, and device purchased
- It may take the team up to 10 days to evaluate the submission.
- Promotions are region specific. Be sure to submit from the region of purchase.
