I received an "Unable to Find Computer" message

If you see the "Unable to find computer information" error message, the scan timed out before you ran the .exe. You will need to refresh and run the scan once more.

As the scan is running on the browser, run the .exe which will typically pop up in the toolbar in the lower section of the browser.

If the .exe is not in the toolbar, go to your download folder and run the .exe file starting with "Intel_HST". Double click and run. You should see your CPU info pop up in the browser.
