Error: "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again"
The error message: "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again" triggers when a user has created their account using a Social Sign In option, then attempts to sign in again manually, entering their email and password.
Solution: If a Social Sign In Option was used during account creation, then the appropriate Social Sign in button will need to be used when signing in.
If you need to reset a password, it is done through the social sign in service you are attempting to use.
