If your retailer has directed you to the Intel Digital Hub to verify your qualifying purchase please sign-up, or sign-in, to your Intel Digital Hub account and select the “Begin Purchase Verification" link under the "Redeem a Master Key" box.
You will need to fill out a verification form with the following requests
* Retailer (Select your retailer from the drop-down)
* Invoice number
* Number of qualifying devices purchased
* The total cost of qualifying devices
* A photo of your receipt (PNG or JPEG accepted)
Within ten (10) business days of a successful upload of a clearly legible Proof of Purchase, we will email to inform you of the status of your eligibility. If your Proof of Purchase meets the eligibility requirements indicated in the T&Cs, we will send you an email that will include the Master Key you will use to redeem the offer.
If your Proof of Purchase does not meet the eligibility requirements indicated in these T&Cs, or the submission is illegible or incomplete, we will email you the reasons for the disqualification or rejection. Only one (1) notification email will be sent.
My retailer is not in the dropdown list
If your retailer has directed you to use purchase verification to receive a master key, but they are not on the dropdown list please contact support.
I’m not able to attach my receipt
The receipt can only be attached as a .jpg or .png. If you have a .pdf please take a screenshot of the receipt. Please be sure to show the date of purchase, qualifying device, and location of the store.
I am not able to select Continue after filling out my details
Please ensure the receipt is in the .jpg or .png format.
I don’t see my processor listed
If the processor in your device/ the processor you have purchased is not on the list, please contact support.
