Users need a master key to redeem a software offer. Master keys can be received in a few ways.
Purchasing a qualifying Intel® product from a participating retailer:
You may receive a master key from a retail partner by purchasing a qualifying product from their website or store. Please note that not all retailers participate, so check with your preferred retailer to see if they are participating in an Intel promotion.
Master keys distributed by retailers can be printed on receipts or vouchers, sent via email, or packaged in-box. Check with your retailer to find out how they distribute master keys.
Your retailer has directed you to the Intel Digital Hub to verify your qualifying purchase:
If your retailer is participating in a purchase verification program, please sign up or sign in to your Intel Digital Hub account and select the "Start Purchase Verification" link under the "Redeem a Master Key" box.
You will need to fill out a verification form with the following requests
- Retailer (Select your retailer from the drop-down)
- Invoice number
- Number of qualifying devices purchased
- The total cost of qualifying devices
- A photo of your receipt (PDF, PNG or JPEG accepted)
Within ten (10) business days of a successful upload of a legible receipt, we will email you to inform you of the status of your eligibility.
You may receive a master key by signing up for participating in Intel programs such as the Intel Gaming Access program and Intel Creativity Boost program.
These programs distribute master keys via contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways.
