I have received a VPN block. What do I need to do?
This program does not allow VPN access. Please make sure that you disable your VPN before reaccessing the site.
If you have disabled the VPN, you may need to clear the cache to remove the error message.
Alternatively, the router or other hardware may be changing your connection location. To redeem, the VPN will need to be disabled, or the key will need to be redeemed from another internet access point.
If you have disabled any proxies, VPNs, or other routing software and still see the error message, please contact your internet service provider. They will be able to determine why your IP address is associated with proxy or VPN use.
