If you receive a "Master Key has already been redeemed by another user" error message, please do the following:
- Make sure that you are signing in on the correct account. If you have multiple accounts, please check those accounts to see if you have already redeemed it. If you are unsure, please click here to contact support, and let us know you may have multiple accounts.
- If you do not have another account, please send us a screenshot of the email or receipt with the master key and your receipt showing the product you bought.
